Individual Counseling
Individual Counseling offers a personalized approach to addressing personal challenges and mental health concerns. In a one-on-one setting, clients work with a licensed therapist to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This process helps individuals gain insight, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals, whether they are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or other life issues.


Family Counseling
Family Counseling focuses on improving communication and resolving conflicts within the family unit. Through collaborative sessions, families work together with a therapist to understand and address relational dynamics, enhance family cohesion, and develop effective strategies for managing and overcoming challenges. This approach fosters healthier relationships and supports the overall well-being of each family member.
Case Management
Case management helps clients connect with resources and supports that promote stability and well-being. This service includes coordinating care, linking to community resources, and advocating for client needs to reduce barriers and improve daily functioning.


Peer Support
Peer support offers guidance and understanding from someone with lived experience. Through shared connection, encouragement, and hope, clients gain motivation, support, and a sense of belonging on their recovery journey.
Contracted Services
We provide contracted services to local organizations, offering specialized mental health support and consultative services.


Referrals
We also offer referrals to specialized community services and treatment options.
Supervision
We are approved in the state of Oregon to supervise Clinical Social Work Associates working toward licensure, as well as to serve as a secondary supervisor for Professional Counselor Associates.


Skills Training
Skills training focuses on teaching practical tools to manage emotions, improve relationships, and handle life’s challenges. Clients learn coping, communication, and problem-solving skills to build confidence and resilience in daily life.
